Where the Fun Begins!

I’m always excited for a New Year and the prospects and challenges that come with it! January in Nebraska is usually cold and it’s dark by 6:00 pm so we don’t do much with the horses and ponies except chores. The last few days have been nice though so I’ve been getting the ‘itch’ to think about show season and conditioning. However, I’m not ready to clean stalls again yet! We have our show string picked out for the 2013 season and are thinking and talking about what shows we think we might want to attend. We stepped back into the show ring again ourselves last year after a few years absence and it’s still fun!
